Well, we want to make sure what you ordered is in stock. If it is, we will pack it up and ship it out to you as soon as possible.

And if it's not, we give great suggestions for substitutes. Chances are we have something that will work just as well! We know that finding the right gift for someone can be stressful and we want to help!
