We figured we may have a few new customers as we come into the holiday season. And even more after it's over!  A latex store gift certificate is a great way to share the shiny. To any newcomers we would like to welcome you! We thought we might offer a bit of information on our products and how to shop on our site. 

We guarantee that our clothing and gear are free of manufacturer flaws when you receive it. When you receive your latex, it will be in a quality, brand new condition. All of the clothing and our toys as well are talc-ed to preserve their condition. When you receive your product, you'll want to wash it and remove the talc before you use it.

If your latex item become damaged within a year of your purchase we will replace that item at a reduced price to you.

One of the most often issues customers have with their purchase is size.  To avoid returning your latex purchase, we encourage you to use our Size Chart to pick the right size and follow the directions for measuring. We also have helpful pictures to show you exactly where to measure yourself.  You can also call us directly at our toll free number 866.945.2839 for sizing help.

This leads us to the types of payment we accept. If you want to place an order on the web, you can use a credit card, PayPal account or a money order. If you wish to order offline, you can fax or mail us your order. If you want to make a purchase with a Money Order please go to our store and place your order and select the Money Order option so we have a record of exactly what you are ordering. We can only accept your credit and through fax. Also, we do not accept personal checks.

We encourage our customers to read this page when you are considering ordering from us. We gave a few shopping and buying tips last week. We thought we might share a few more. We are plenty of resources and guides to help you buy latex!

We have a great guide to Latex Grade/Thickness. This section is rather educational. If you're confused by the grade of the latex you're buying, this is a great resource. Our tailored items, which is most of what we sell, are crafted by 4D rubber. We also offer some information about the thickness and grade of our molded latex. We encourage you to check out this section of our site for more information about the latex we sell to you.

Then we have our trusty Size Chart. This is definitely something you will want to refer to when buying a garment from us. Once you measure yourself, refer to this to figure out which size is going to fit you. And remember, you want an inch of stretch for the best fit. We also have guides for hoods, stockings and gloves in this section.

And lastly, we have our Special Orders page. There may come a time when you need to place a special order for one of our pieces. In that case, this is a great place to refer to. We have a few extra policies when it comes to special orders. And of course, we are always here to answer your questions!

A Latex Store gifting guide for you!

Hello there! So, can you believe Thanksgiving is next week?! We can't either! Time is passing so quickly. Before we know it, it will be Christmas! It's time to start think about gifts. Do you know anyone who is wishing for some latex? Or maybe that someone is you! Here are some suggestions we have for gifting and receiving latex this holiday season.

Our site can be really overwhelming if you are browsing for a gift. I you know the person you are buying for wants the shiny stuff, ask them for a wish list. You can make one right on our site!  And chances are if they are familiar with our site, they may already have one. And if you are asking for latex, be sure to share your wish list!

Along with the wish list, you'll want to sizes! And you'll want to give your sizes as well! We suggest that you take a look at our size chart. It really useful! You'll want to make sure you get the right size because exchanges after the holidays are no fun.

Maybe you really don't have any clue what to get. Here's an idea! A gift certificate is a great choice. It's an easy, worry-free gift! And they can get exactly what they want. That's the way to go!

A little ditty on ordering latex

Today, The Latex Store is sharing some tips about ordering from our online store! First off, we do guarantee that the products we received free of manufacturer flaws. When you receive your product, you'll want to wash it and remove the talc before you use it. If you need cancel your order, occasionally there may be a 10% cancellation fee. This is because credit card companies will charge us for canceling your transaction.

This leads us to the types of payment we accept. If you want to place an order on the web, you can use a credit card, PayPal account or a money order. If you wish to order offline, you can fax or mail us your order. If you want to make a purchase with a Money Order please go to our store and place your order and select the Money Order option so we have a record of exactly what you are ordering. We can only accept your credit and through fax. Also, we do not accept personal checks. Returning your latex is a possibility but, we encourage you to use our Size Chart and try to pick the right size. If you are sent an incorrect order, we will send you the correct items at our own cost or we will refund your money. We take full responsibility for incorrect orders but please inform of this within 5 business days.

If your product is defective, we will also repair or replace it for you at our cost. However, it must be done within 5 business days. If you need to return the item due to a size issue, it needs to be done within 5 business days. However, you cannot return panties and things of that nature for health reasons. Let's talk about gloves, baby

Gloves. They are an interesting article of clothing. They are either extremely neccesary or not needed at all. But either way, Latex Store customers love them! And there is an entire section of The Latex Store dedicated to them for both gals and guys.

We have gloves alright! And they come in two varieties: standard and premium. The premium latex gloves are a bit thicker and smoother than the standard latex. You also have more color options, like white and metalic blue. And we have noticed that finding the correct size in latex gloves can be tricky for our customers. Luckily, we have an entire size chart dedicated just to gloves which can be found on each glove product page. When you are measuring your hands, you'll want to wrap the tape around your knuckles, exluding your thumb, like so...

Take this measurement and apply it to the size chart. And just like with clothing, you'll want to subtract an inch. That way, you get some stretch and a better fit. And please do remember that the small is very, very tight around the top of the arm. Try to keep all of this in mind while purchasing gloves because getting the right fit the first time takes out the added annoyance of returns and exchanges. We just want you to have a product you're going to love and be able to wear right away!

Totally retro!

It's another outfit of the week from The Latex Store! We love this chance to put the spotlight on our clothing! And here we are!

Let's hear it for the boys!

Now, latex is certainly not just for the ladies. It’s for guys too! The Latex Store has an excellent selection of men’s latex clothing and accessories! And fellas, you get a little sizing advice too. When finding you size, you’re going to need a tape measure as well. Take your clothing off and measure your bare skin. That’s very important!

Once you get that measurement, go ahead and subtract an inch so you get some stretch! Here’s an example. Let’s say you want to purchase our latex tom suit. Because it is a full body suit, you’ll need a measurement for your waist. To get that measurement, you’ll need to put your arms to your sides. Now, find the bend in your arm. This is where your waist is. You’ll want to use that measurement to find your size. Use our size chart! There is also a link on the latex tom suit product page.
