Summer is in full swing! We're having a great one. How about you? This week's outfit really gets us in the spirit!

It's shark week!

Happy shark week! Arguably, the best week of the summer for some of us. We've been watching, have you? We thought we might share some of favorite shark inspired pieces, just for fun!

We love fun, graphic tanks for summer. They are relaxed and are an easy, quick look. Pair them with high waisted shorts and skater skirts. We think it's a really great look. Add a over sized plaid shirt and this look will work great for fall! This one is so cool! We love the "Jaws" inspired graphic. Have fun with your wardrobe!

A quirky pair of earrings can really complete an outfit. Take any basic outfit and make it fun! And we think it's a great way to express yourself. And who doesn't like those "I love your earrings!" comments all day long. Check out these! Can you believe they are shark teeth? So neat!

And for a complete wild card... This backpack! Not as subtle, yes? But a ton of fun. We think it's a fun conversation piece. Maybe not your everyday bag. But a cool, weekend look! We just had to share.

Don't you wish you could just walk around naked? Legally that is... And not possible. We only bring this up because it is HOT outside! We're burning up! And naked is not the answer. But a neoprene bathing suit? Yeah, that just might work.

This look is hot!! It's one of the biggest summer trend thus far. Neoprene is the same material that scuba suits are made out of. But these suits are much sexier than a scuba suit! Just check out this one by Triangl. This line actually got the trend going. But we are in love with this suit! Bright, bright colors and bold black outlines. It really makes a statement. Great for the beaches of Miami or sunbathing in your own backyard!

And now for something completely different... This cool suit by Stella McCartney. It's like nothing we have ever seen before. We like this unique look. It allows for that fun bikini look with a little bit more coverage. And that print! So lovely and so different. We're digging this neoprene suit!

Neoprene actually reminds us of latex. It fits right to the skin and looks great! And the neoprene plays a little better in the water. Are you going to give one of these a try?

Straps and ruffles!

Boy, it is really hot out there. Summer is here alright! Not the best weather for latex... But don't stress. This week's outfit is the perfect solution. Keep the faith!

Check it out. It's the Ashley dress from our Blue Skye Collection. We love this piece. The straps are very different. We have very few dresses or tops with these thin, spaghetti straps. We like that they add a barely there effect. It allows the wearer to show off their beautiful shoulders and chest.

Beach Bag Bingo!

If you are anything like us, you have a bag for every little thing. We can't help it! So many bags and so little time. And with summer here, a good beach bag is calling our name. And a little Wednesday  online shopping never hurt anyone so...

Oh my goodness. This first bag... it's so cute!! You can't deny it. It's those darn pom poms. Topshop has got it going on, that's for sure! We love the color combo. Sophisticated with a pop of summery yellow. And those long handles get a thumbs-up from us!

We're just feeling the stripes, what can we say? It's a great summer trend. But this Madewell bag has so much more going on than just stripes. We are digging those tassels! And this bag is a great size too. It will fit all your beach essentials. Win win!

How do you feel about carrying a piece of art around on your shoulder? Are you into it? Well here you go! This bag is a real beauty. Oh, it's just lovely. We love all of those little details. Could this be the perfect beach bag? Could be!!

Melty mess? No more!!

It's June 3rd already! And clearly things are getting warmer... well, hot!  And quickly too... Time for a makeup routine change. As you may know, this heat and humidity doesn't pair well with foundation and mascara. Don't fret! We have a few products that are sure to withstand the heat.

No matter what, you need to start with a primer! It's smooths your pores and preps your face for concealer and foundation. It really makes a difference! Smashbox has a really great primer. It really smooths you face and fills in small lines. And this primer has SPF 20! The more protection for your face, the better! With a primer, the foundation will adhere better to your face preventing it from melting off.

Eyeliner is really tricky in the summer, especially late summer when the heat is less bearable. It's sweats off or leaves your eyelids grey or sticky. It's really a struggle. Luckily, MAC has a liquid eyeliner that's both water based and water resistant. It's really going to stand the test! And the felt tip applicator makes for really easy application. This eyeliner is a must have!

Your lipstick or lip gloss is also something that's very vulnerable is the summer time. It's smears easier and can melt everywhere. The Kat Von D line at Sephora. The formulas are wonderful and long lasting. And the liquid lipstick is no exception! We love this creamy, luscious lipstick. The color is beautiful and vivid. And the color really lock in on your lips. It will survive even on the hottest summer day.

It's not a lost cause! You can still have a flawless face in the heat of the summer. Stay cool!

Happy Monday! Ready for this week's outfit? Well, get excited. It's one of our favorites.

Do you smell something burning? Never mind. It's just the Flamey Dress! You'll really sizzle in this little number! This is a great simple, basic dress with attitude.

We love the thinner, tank top style top on this dress. The neckline is great too. It's a real deep v-cut style goes right along with the fiery number.

And our favorite part of this dress? The flames down the sides. They go all the way from under the bust to bottom. And the customization options are great too! You can pick the color of the dress and the flames!

The colors are extremely vibrant! Try it it in a turquoise or hot pink. You'll really pop this summer!

It's sandal time!

It's time to let your toes free! It's summertime and sandals are in. Birkenstocks specifically. They are back in! Here are 3 styles we've been digging. Check them out!

First up? These Joie Sable sandals. They are nice and basic. They'll go with just about everything. And we mean everything! The contrast for the black and tan proves to be a very chic look! Go past the flip flop look this summer.

White sandals. Now that's risky bussiness! But they are a really hot look this summer. Take a look at these Tibi Mina Sandals! We love the platform. It gives the shoe a futuristic look. What do you think?

Now these sandals look a little bit more like birkenstocks. They have the classic suede back material and cork-like sole. But this pair is a little jazzed up! We love the jewels atop the straps. They are a little different... but we love them!

Beach day!

Are you hitting up the beach sometime soon? Yeah, we are planning on that too! You might have a bathing suit and towel but there are plenty of other things that you have to have. Here are a few of our beach necessities!

A cover-up is a must have for the beach. They protect you from the sun and add even more style to your beach ensemble. We love this vibrant cover-up from Mara Hoffman. It's flow-y and has a nice beach-y feel. It's going to be really easy to pack and throw on. Pair it with a black or white suit to really let the colors pop!

You're going to need something to hold all that beach stuff in! It's good to have a separate bag out on the beach. you'll need to carry much more and things are going to get sandy! We love this canvas bag from Mango. It's a backpack style so it's going to be easier to carry. And the nautical feel is so cute! It's perfect for the beach!

And of course, you need a hat! You need that extra protection from the sun. There are so many styles out there. But we're pretty classic at heart. We love this big, floppy sun hat from Topshop! The stripes on this hat add some really fun flair to this hat. It's a must have!

Happy Memorial Day! The unofficial start to summer! How are you spending it? Are you heading to the beach or grilling with friends and family? Well whatever you're doing, summertime is here and it's time to celebrate! We're searched The Latex Store and put together an outfit of the week inspired by Memorial Day. First up, the top!

This is the Latex Halter Top. We're all about the halter neckline for the summertime. This top also comes in many colors, including red, white and blue, if you're feeling patriotic! And we also love the versatility of the latex halter top. It can be combined with so many bottoms for endless possibilities. You gotta love those basic pieces!

3 day weekend! That's what we're talking about!

It's Memorial Day Weekend! Summer begins!!! We sure hope you are enjoy the holiday. Can we get a cheer for the three day weekend?! Now before you head out to that cookout or pool, make sure you're appropriately dressed! A little red, white and blue never hurt nobody.

It's heating up out there! Getting to be shorts weather! Some plain blue or white shorts will serve you just fine. But we have a fondness for this Modcloth pair. We love the faded flag look.
