Oh, just loafing around

Loafers. Yeah, a little mature...  But actually no! They are the shoe for fall. All different styles to choose from with a ladylike quality to them. Just take a look.

Where to begin? How about something basic. Like this pair by Everlane. You have to admit, they are smart looking! The heel and the shape of the shoe. We would pair these with a bright pair of tights. You can really show of the color!

I've got my blue suede shoes! Seriously. Right here. Check out this pair! So shiny and fun! And they are basic enough to work with a variety of outfits. We're pretty sure are going to want to wear these everyday. We don't even own a pair and we want to!

And this post wouldn't be complete without a little bit of color. And this yellow is just gorgeous. We're are practically drooling over this pair by Vivienne Westwood. Check out the herringbone fabric and embroidery detail. We are in love. They are just so smart looking!

Badass!!

Ya'll, it's that time again... coat shopping. Some of you will embrace it with open arms. While others shy away and ignore the fact that winter is coming. Now, we don't mean to be harsh. But we don't want you to be left out in the cold!

Here, how about this... let's just talk light jackets for now. Nothing too long or puffy. Just some of our favorite leather jackets, perfect for fall 2016!!

We all have that deep underlying desire to be one badass chick or dude. Walking tall and acting tough. Nobody dares to mess with you! Okay, so maybe not. But you can certainly dress the part! Falling into fall

Can we agree that dressing for that transition between summer and fall is incredibly awkward? It's chilly in the morning yet pretty warm mid-day. Of course, we recommend getting you layering on. Or just throw on a dress. Really, it's that simple!

Easing in to fall

Stepping into fall style

Well, it's August. And we can't help but start thinking about our fall wardrobes. What can we say? We're absolute suckers for muted colors, sweaters and closed toed shoes. We can't think of all that without getting a little overheated... but here are some shoes that will be perfect when the weather changes.

These are just right! We love these shiny black loafers from MSGM. There is just something about shiny shoes! We can see these with tights and a plaid skirt.  It's like a touch of that goth look you sported in high school but all grown up! And some spikes or studs. Maybe some dark lipstick? What a cool look!

We love shoes with a little whimsy! These are really something cute and fun for your feet! Check out these colorful lace-ups by Marc Jacobs. Ahh!! We cannot handle them! Pop on your favorite pair of cropped trousers and a button up top! Maybe add in some big pearl earrings or a pearl necklace. Quirky and adorable!

Oh those fall...er, summer nights!

Three days into summer and we are already thinking about fall. It's terrible of us! But we are seriously melting over here!! As we focus on staying in the present and cooling off, take a sneak peek at this great fall footwear. Oh we just can't wait!

A pair of riding boots are classic. They pair perfectly with sweaters, jeans and long sleeved dresses. They are perfect for the workplace and weekend excursions. This pair from Chinese Laundry are just perfect. We love the reddish brown color. And the gold metal details are really beautiful. Try pairing these boots with neutrals and jewel tones. They are sure to complete any fall outfit. 

Ankle boots are another fun pair of boots to accessorize with. They certainly pack some sass! If you're looking for a more high fashion look, these are perfect for you. Military style is very big this fall. That means army green jackets, brass buttons and you guessed it... combat boots! They lace up and have fun, worn look to them. We love to pair them with girly clothing pieces. A floral skirt, a lace top or a over sized hair bow. We can't wait to jump into a pile of leaves while wearing a pair.
