We loved this "polished" black Halston Heritage Pleated Cap Sleeve Dress. Those cap sleeves?! They add such flair and a touch of vintage style. We could easily see Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly in this little number. We think it has a rather girlish, fun charm. We could easily see this paired with a pearl necklace.
